FREE SHIPPING ON PURCHASES OVER CAD$150 OR US$100
- U.S tariff implications: Because our artists create each piece in China, U.S. customers will be charged applicable tariff duties upon ordering.
- We ship to Canada and US.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the product size, weight, and destination.
- The shipping time is 7 to 15 business days, starting when you receive our order confirmation email.
Return & Refund Requirements
Returns and refunds are only available within 48 hrs after products get delivered to your location and only apply to 1) wrong products and 2) damaged products.
Return & Refund Process
In order to start the process of returns and refunds, please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Take as clear pictures/videos of the products as possible.
Step 2: Email the photos/videos to us at pitapathome@gmail.com. The time we receive your email must be within 48 hours after the products are delivered (according to the shipment delivery status). We will email you the return address once we approve your return/refund request.
Step 3: Initiate returns with your local delivery companies. Shipping fees will be rebated once we receive your returned products.
Step 4: Once we receive your products, we will refund you the order amount.
