Will I be affected by U.S tariff?
Because our artists create each piece in China, U.S. customers will be charged applicable tariff duties upon ordering.
Customers of Canada won’t be impacted.
How soon will the products arrive?
Products usually arrive within 7 to 15 business days after you receive the order confirmation from us, although this varies based on your location.
How does the return/refund process work?
Returns and refunds are only available within 48 hrs after products get delivered to your location and only apply to 1) wrong products and 2) damaged products. To start return/refund, please find more details here.

Our products are designed and made by each artist in their respective locations. We curate and carry the products that best represent our brand's mission.
